Hi, I'm Sierra Belle' Talbert!

I founded SBT & Co. because I believe entrepreneurs deserve better than burnout and that parents shouldn't live in a constant state of "being overwhelmed".

 

My Background

I have a BA in Communications and a Master's in Integrated Marketing Communications, which means I've spent years studying how people connect, how brands resonate, and how to cut through the noise in today's digital world.

But here's what my degrees didn't teach me: I learned the real challenges of entrepreneurship by watching brilliant business owners drown in tasks they shouldn't be doing.

What I Discovered

I saw small business owners spending 20 hours a week on social media instead of serving clients. I saw parents letting big tasks slip through the cracks or skipping out on their dream career goals because they had too much on their plates at once. I saw talented people with incredible offerings going invisible online because they simply didn't have time to show up consistently. And I thought: Someone needs to fix this.
